Shipping
We ship within the United States. Shipping is calculated by weight at checkout, and the exact cost for your order is shown before you complete your purchase.
Orders usually ship within one to two business days. Kaio Publications is a small operation, and there are seasons when we are on the road speaking. During those weeks an order may take a few days longer to go out. If your order is time sensitive, write to us before you purchase and we will tell you honestly when it can ship.
Orders Outside the United States
We do not ship printed books internationally from this store. Our titles are distributed worldwide through IngramSpark, so readers outside the United States can order our printed books through their local bookseller or preferred online retailer.
Our digital titles are available anywhere. Downloadable books, workbooks, and study guides can be purchased and downloaded from this store from any country.
Digital Products and Downloads
Downloadable products are delivered immediately. As soon as your purchase is complete, your download becomes available. Nothing ships and nothing needs to be waited on.
The Family Devotionals congregational license is delivered the same way. Your license file is available for download as soon as the purchase is completed.
Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, digital purchases are not refundable. If a file will not open, downloads incorrectly, or is not what the product page described, write to us at joe@kaiopublications.org and we will make it right.
Returns
We accept returns on printed books that arrive damaged or that contain a printing error. We do not accept returns for other reasons.
We want you to know that plainly before you order rather than after. Every title on this site has a description, and many have a sample available. If you are uncertain whether a book fits what you are teaching, write to us before you buy and we will help you decide. We would rather answer a question than sell you the wrong book.
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us at joe@kaiopublications.org within thirty days of delivery. Include your order number and a photograph of the problem. We will send a replacement copy or issue a refund, whichever you prefer, and we will cover the cost of returning the damaged copy when a return is needed.
Bulk and Congregational Orders
Churches, schools, and groups ordering in quantity should write to joe@kaiopublications.org. We will quote pricing and shipping for your order directly and work out the details with you.
Bulk orders are arranged individually, so the terms above may be adjusted by agreement at the time of the order.
