Then a wise old hermit crab comes near and helps them understand that Selah is not lost. She has moved on to something better.
Author Kristin Arbuckle wrote this story after sitting on the couch trying to explain death to her own daughters. She wanted a book that made room for the sadness of loss while celebrating the hope we have in Jesus. The result is a tender, Bible-based way for parents, grandparents, and teachers to talk with young children about death, grief, and the resurrection.
